'Silent Shapes'
21. February - 30. March
'Silent Shapes is a beautiful series and the name truly speaks to the images and their content. A series of haunting and ethereal works that defy any attempts at easy interpretation. Transitioning from the fluid to more substantial across a combination of materials, Silent Shapes demands the attention of an audience, rewarding it with its beautiful complexity.' Definitive Touch

Newly established Oh Yeah Studio consists of the couple Hans Christian Øren and Christina Magnussen. They met during their design studies and have worked together ever since. You might just say that Oh Yeah Studio was born from love, which seems as a very good creative source because Hans Christian and Christina have a huge portfolio which has gained a numerous amount of international press this last year. Computer Arts called them 'The next big thing', Beautiful/Decay compared their style to the great Russian artist El Lizitsky and Impose Magazine in Brooklyn truly put them on the map by their perception of the duo: 'Norway brought us black metal, nice chicks and now Oh Yeah Studio'.
With that said, I can truly say that Oh Yeah Studio is one of the most interesting and inspiring designers/artists today and I'm proud to present their exhibition – Silent Shapes.
In addition to this they also exhibit published and unpublished work made through 2009. So, to sum it up for you- get your as over here and get inspired by this amazing design duo!
